Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://dukecityelectricalbuquerque.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes EV Charger Installation, Electric Panel Upgrade, Home Generator Installation, Electrical Wiring Service, Light Fixture Installation provided by Duke City Electric. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Duke City Electric and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Account Closure. Duke City Electric reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

No Warranties. Duke City Electric disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Duke City Electric arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Duke City Electric from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. NM law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NM, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Term Changes. Duke City Electric may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
